Spring

It's spring in Melbourne already.

Spring doesn't necessary mean that the weather is getting warmer already, but at least it's that time of the year when we can start looking forward to warmer days.

I wrote the previous entry on the first day of Spring, a day I've always liked. It's the one day that always makes me feel hopeful, because it's a fresh start and we can look forward to brighter things.

I'm flying off to Cat City in the morning with mum for her second check up since her surgery. We have to stay a few days this time to wait for the result. If there's any indication of cancer cells, she might have to undergo chemotherapy.

It's emotionally draining to have to wait for a verdict fearfully every few months.

This is a very random post. My mind is clouded by too many things. Life hasn't exactly been easy on me for the past few months.

I suddenly start missing my uni days in Apple Isle. The fresh air and those cool crispy mornings, everything was so simple then.

But that's the thing about life, you can't just reboot and restore the date back to the time when everything was perfectly fine.

All we can do is to keep on walking and hope that better things are waiting around the corner.

Take it easy, girl! Whatever it is, remember to always cherish the day. Life is short but we should make the most of it. God bless! :-)
