BRTC BB Cream
Look what came in the mail yesterday?
My BRTC Gold Caviar BB Cream!
I'm normally not too crazy about Korean beauty products. However, with all the raves and hypes about the magical blemish balm and the wonders it can do to our skin, I succumbed.
Words has it that BRTC, among many other brands, is one of the best. So I decided to start with the Gold Caviar and see if it really does what it promises to my skin.
"It is a tripe functioning BB Cream that highly concentrated Caviar extract and White Gold inside supply rich nutrient and shaping care for the droopy skin while presenting naturally beautiful looking appearance."
Sounds good to me. I don't care much for the rest, but I'm really counting on it to shrink my unsightly pores. Ugh!
No thanks to my procrastination and laziness, I was only able to snap the 20ml instead of the 40ml I originally wanted. Oh well, at least it's a start yeah?
I haven't tried it out yet, or even tested the colour to see if it matches my skin tone. My skin feels SO yucky at the moment that I just couldn't be bothered to put anything on it.
And I really want to start on a clean slate with this allegedly "does-it-all" cream. I have big hopes for this product, and I don't want the terrible state of my skin to affect how I feel about it. We all know how important first impression is, don't we? *Winks*
So the tube is just sitting on the desk at the moment. I'm gonna wait till my skin (hopefully) purges all the gunk before I take this beauty for a test drive. *Rubs hands in glee*
I promise to do a review to let y'all know if this miracle cream lives up to its name, but it won't be anytime soon though.
We all know that we need to continue using a new skincare product for 4-8 weeks to see the full result since that is how long it takes for our skin cells to turn over.
What we don't know is how long it takes for me to snap out of this lazy mood or for my problematic skin to restore back to a healthier state. :/
Till then.

Caviar?!!!! Must be very $$$
Things we do for beauty huh. LOL
Caviar!! Can't wait for your review~
Hey dear, caviar and white gold? Gosh! That sounds really luxury~ Try it and remember the before and after pics ya!
Heard so much about BB cream, too bad I have a very sensitive skin and I so far I'm allergy to all the products that I've tested, *sad*
I am looking for a product to shrink my pores too -_-. Looking forward for the result posting :).
BB cream!!!
It is still in my wish list ...
Waiting for your review...
i was torn between this and skin79 gold...lets see which works for us :D
how much is tat? i have heard plenty of bb cream too but hav yet to try one.. do write ur review! counting on u :D
People have been raving about this cream. Hope to read your side of story.
Cc: All in the name of vanity! Haha.
Fuzkittie: I've heard about caviar-based facial treatments being used by Hollywood celebrities. But it totally ruined it for me when Amy Winehouse jumped on the bandwagon. Her Royal Caspian Beluga caviar, which costs £395 per pot, apparently did wonders to cure her skin condition, but I loathe her too much to think anything highly of it. :/
Love-a-lot Bear: You poor thing! Did you try to find out which ingredient(s) you're allergic to?
I don't have sensitive skin, but my skin is so stubborn (and "insensitive"? Haha!) that nothing seems to have any effects on it and that sucks too! :/
Emotionalistic: Those damn pores huh? Unfortunately once they're there, it's almost impossible to get rid of them. *Sighs*
Josephine: Stay tuned for my updates. *Grins*
Prettybeautiful: I've heard good things about Skin79 and Dr Jart too. I took a random shot and picked BRTC, so fingers crossed! :)
Cbenc12: The 20ml cost me US$35, including postage, which is rather reasonable IMO.
Shipping fee is normally the bitch when it comes to purchasing from international sellers, but I got a pretty good deal on this occasion, so I'm happy. :)
Doreen: The pressure is on! Haha. Alrighty, I'll try to get off my lazy arse JUST for you gals. :D
Wow! Pardon my ignorance but I've never heard of it before! :/ But I have unsightly pores too! So it would be good if this works. :) Quick, go get your arse up and apply it right now. :P
aiyo, I just use a simple one lah by Loreal ^^
Anyways, nice blog =)
USD35 for 20ml only????? That's very expensive! Waiting to read your review.
Haha.. how much did you buy it for? I thought the whole point of the product is to improve your skin? Why wait till your skin is better to use it? =P
Good luck!
Iamthewitch: Blemish Balm (BB cream) gained its fame after Korean celebrities started using it. It'll be no time before the rest of the world starts to catch up on the craze if it really does what it claims to.
Ahmike: L'Oreal doesn't make a BB cream.
Lila: Here's hoping that it works. :)
-Princess Shin-: If it's hormonal, slathing more products on your face is just gonna aggravate the condition of your skin. Esp one that you don't know how you'd react to.
